Shotokan Karate Club, established in 1995. We teach karate, we don't just drill. Learn Shotokan karate for vitality, fitness, health, self-esteem, self-confidence, fun, friendship, self-defence skills, self-awareness...

Children from 5 years old upwards, Teenagers and Adults, Men and Women all welcome.

Female and male, legitamate registered black belts, authorised and registered instructors, Insured, CRB checked/disclosure, Child Protection Policy...
Senior Instructor is also BSL NVQ-level-3 qualified, Cert.Ed., Institute of Trainers Affiliate member, 5th Dan Karate, 2nd Dan Judo, been teaching martial arts and self-defence since 1987, self-defence instructor for Bromley.

THURSDAYS - Carey Scutt Scout Hall (opposite Bromley Cricket/Tennis Club), Plaistow Lane, BROMLEY, BR1 3AR.

Subject: Karate / Self-Defence in Bromley & Lambeth
Comment: Excellent club, that actually teaches karate and self-defence rather than just shouting and drilling you. Myself and family have been attending for many years and we all can't wait until our next training session.
